ManpowerGroup Process Technician in Greenfield, Ohio

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • Responsible for recording changes occurring in the manufacturing process in a daily "log book".

  • Notifies Lead Technician or Process Manager of any deviations from established methods or procedures that may be necessary to solve a specific problem; completes daily check sheets for process control.

  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of acceptable quality standards established by the quality control department to insure maximum production of quality parts.

  • Systematically checks all variables to insure he best possible balance of quantity and quality under specific prevailing conditions.

  • Fill out work order forms as needed.

  • Analyze foaming operations for possible improvements in methods, procedures, or design.

  • Recommends such improvements to Lead Technician and Process Manager for evaluation and disposition.

  • Responsible for programming robots to mold line up to produce the highest quality pads.

  • Performs other related duties that are assigned by the Lead Technician or Process Manager.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION PREFERRED :

  • 2 year Technical diploma, Associates Degree or greater

  • Troubleshooting/technical experience 1-2 years Good Computer Skills Analytical Aptitude

  • Good Math Skills
