ManpowerGroup Production Blending Technician in Green Bay, Wisconsin
Blending Technician - Training Provided - $19 to $21 an hour
2-2-3 Schedule (straight shifts)
6:30 to 6:30 - Days or Nights
Wage: $19.00 + $2.00 Shift Differential
We are seeking a Blending Technician - Production Person to join a growing manufacturing team in Green Bay, WI. The Primary duties will be to help ensure the safe, efficient and continuous operation of assigned blending products and equipment on a daily basis. Ensure quality products are produced in the appropriate quantity and within specifications. If you have some production and machine operation experience, are detail oriented and can work independently - we want to talk to you!
Job Title: Blending Technician - Production Worker

What’s the Job - Job Duties
Monitor the systems to ensure quality and quantity of product
Understand and perform various quality system checks and measurements
Blend product according to customer guidelines
Troubleshoot processing systems as needed
Perform daily process rounds, taking & logging various measurements & levels
What’s Needed - Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Detail oriented
Proficiency with computers, calculators and measurements
Experience within a manufacturing environment (food production preferred)
Machine operation - preferred
Good computer and data entry skills
Forklift experience helpful
Must be a quick learner, able to work independantly, and self motivated
Must be able to train on 1st shift for a couple of weeks.
