ManpowerGroup HR/Talent Acquisition Associate in Grand Rapids, Michigan
Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, has partnered with a leading steel furniture manufacturer in Grand Rapids, MI to hire a recruiter to work with the HR team to fill hundreds of positions annually.
Title:Recruiter
Location:Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $25 to $28 per hour
What will you be responsible for?
Develop business partnerships with client groups internally, as well as recruit and bring top talent to our hourly positions.
Specifically:
Recruiting, attracting and onboarding hourly positions within the plants
Conducting weekly orientations for new hires
Guiding new hires through pre-employment screening
Scheduling interviews
Develop relationships with key business partners to help with any Human Resource needs and develop strategies to fill positions
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
At least 1 year of previous experience in Human Resources or recruiting
Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
Excellent communication skills both in person and in writing.
Strong follow-up skills
