ManpowerGroup Supplier Quality Engineer in Goodyear, Arizona
Our client, a cutting edge consumer goods manufacturer, is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Team supporting Engineering and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization. This role is the go-between between the suppliers and engineering. Up to 30% travel is required - primarily domestic, however, there is some international travel to Europe and Asia to meet with suppliers.
Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer
Location: Goodyear, AZ
Pay Range: $100-$120K DOE plus benefits, bonus, etc.
What’s the Job?
Oversees supplier quality engineering processes and products/materials
Work with quality systems, develop quality procedures and processes, perform audits, perform root cause analysis, corrective action, etc.
Will lead and conduct supplier quality meetings
What’s Needed?
BS degree in Engineering
5+ years' professional experience in supplier quality engineering in manufacturing
Experience with audits, root cause analysis, corrective action, maintaining databases, reporting, facilitating supplier meetings, etc.
Strong analysis and reporting skills
MS Office particularly Excel and SAP
