ManpowerGroup Senior Quality Process Engineer in Goodyear, Arizona
Our client, the leading manufacturer of luxury kitchen appliances is a longstanding, family-owned company in the Goodyear, Arizona, that is seeking a direct hire, Senior Quality Process Engineer to sit onsite to develop and document key processes.
Job Title: Senior Quality Process Engineer
Location: Goodyear, AZ 85338
Pay Range: Up to $110k Base + 4-5% Bonus + 10% Profit Sharing
What’s the Job?
Supports the validation and acceptance of new manufacturing sheet metal and plastic thermoforming fabrication equipment.
Solves problems using quality improvement tools, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Develops and implements policies, procedures, work instructions, and fabrication control plans.
Supervises fabrication quality technicians.
Establish the quality system requirements for new or revised manufacturing processes.
What’s Needed?
Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field is REQUIRED!!
Knowledge and experience in the manufacturing of consumer appliance products REQUIRED!
Experience with 3D CAD software.
Knowledge and experienced in 5S/6S, Lean Six Sigma, Advanced Statistics, and Design of Experiment s
MUST BE US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER!!
