ManpowerGroup Senior Quality Fabrication Engineer in Goodyear, Arizona
Our client, the leading manufacturer of luxury kitchen appliances is a longstanding, family-owned company in the Goodyear, Arizona, is seeking a direct hire, Senior Quality Fabrication Engineer.
Job Title: Senior Quality Fabrication Engineer
Location: Goodyear, AZ 85338
Pay Range: Up to $110k Base + 4-6% Bonus + 10% Profit Sharing
What’s the Job?
Develops and implements quality systems and changes that promote continuous improvement.
Supports the validation and acceptance of new manufacturing sheet metal and plastic thermoforming fabrication equipment.
Solves problems using quality improvement tools, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Performs Gage R&R and capability studies.
Supervises fabrication quality technicians.
What’s Needed?
Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field is REQUIRED!!
Knowledge and experienced in 5S/6S, Lean Six Sigma, Advanced Statistics, and Design of Experiments.
Strong understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
Experience in the manufacturing of fabricated sheet metal and thermoformed plastic parts REQUIRED!
Open to paying relocation if the experience is there!
