ManpowerGroup Electronics CAD Designer in Glendale, California

Our client, is seeking a Electronics CAD Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have an Associates in Electronics or Engineering Design, AutoCAD and Solidworks experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electronics CAD Designer

Location: Glendale, CA

Pay Range: $35.00-$46.50 Hourly

What’s the Job?

• Interpret electrical control system design requirements and build original layouts, iterative assembly and detail drawings, schematics, artwork, isometrics, and illustrations.

• Review, analyze, and integrate the technical requirements, technical accuracy, and design approach in conjunction with team engineers.

• Craft Electro-Mechanical packaging of industrial control panels and enclosures based on high-level concepts from engineers.

• Design multi-layer PCB assemblies based on engineering schematics.

• Select components from preferred manufacturers and prepare design detail drawings and schematics.

What’s Needed?

• Associates degree or higher in Electronics or Engineering Design and 2+ years

experience in Control Systems design for Electromechanical Systems.

• Sophisticated knowledge of industrial control design and components such as PLC's, VFD's, Control Switches/Buttons, Enclosures, Relays, Power Supplies, Connectors, Terminal Blocks.

• Advanced CAD skills using AutoCAD for 2D.

• Ability to design multi-layer PCB assemblies based on engineering schematics.

• Experience with Solidworks, Revit, and Navisworks a major plus.
