ManpowerGroup Machine Health Admin in Gillette, Wyoming

Machine Health Admin Assistant– $21

This position supports the Machine Health Technicians, to ensure that equipment health alarm sets are managed, assisting with equipment reports and administration tasks associated with the Machine Health function. This role will be trained in basic mine dispatching tasks to support as back up in this area as required.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must work safely and promote the safe behavior in others.

  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to work with & understand a multitude of electronic systems

  • Good working knowledge in the Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in SAP or other electronic work management systems for Defect capture (preferred)

  • Maintain appropriate records and files.

  • Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a professional manner.

  • Ability to cross-train in other functions.

  • Ability to manage fatigue and work nightshifts, weekends etc. that a rotating roster require.

  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient use and understanding of SAP (preferred).

  • Good working knowledge in the Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to work with & understand a multitude of electronic systems

Schedule:

  • Rotating Day/Night roster

Direct Report To:

  • Reliability Specialist

  • Working within the Maintenance Department

Hourly or Salary:

  • Hourly position

  • Length of service in present position

  • Ability of sending department to release the employee

Essential Functions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

  • Reach, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls with hands and arms, legs and feet

  • Stand, walk; sit; balance; stoop; kneel; crouch, crawl

  • Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds for a minimal distance

  • Talk to, communicate with and hear others

  • See (vision abilities include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus)

  • Ability to maintain mental focus and concentration

  • Perform all duties day and night

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works:

  • At a computer terminal for extended period

  • May be exposed to dusty, wet and/or humid conditions and vibration

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud

  • Multi-tasking including multiple conversations (radio, in person, and over the phone), computer programs, tracking of information
