Job Title: Sales Specialist
Location: Fraziers Bottom
Pay Range:$18.00
What’s Needed?
Excellent PC skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Application
Numerical skills
Excellent written negotiation and communication skills
Some leadership skills
Demonstrate problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Must be able to learn about products and some production processes
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Service existing customers and supplier accounts
Discover and handle concerns and complaints from customers
Develop and maintain the relationships with current and potential customers
Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential sales outlets and other trade factors
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
Attend necessary meetings with existing and potential customers
Attend necessary training coordinated by customers
Receive and care fo Prototype orders
Promote and provide new ideas and information to to customers
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily, weekly and monthly work plans and results reports
Work as a project manager if appointed to a new project
Check customers' order related data and information to other NATC departments
Communicate and cooperate internally with other NATC departments regarding customer and supplier related items
Create and manage internal production schedule and component parts ordering schedule based on customers' orders and forecast
Necessary data input to Sage100
Maintain and advertise aftermarket business and data
Some business travel (15%-30%)
May perform other duties related to this position
