Our client, is seeking an Inventory Control & Logistics Coordinator to join their team.
Job Title: Inventory Control & Logistics Coordinator
Location: 800 Cottontail Ln Somerset NJ 08873
Pay Range: $18/Hr to $20/Hr
What’s the Job?
Receive assets, including:
Handling order delivery and acceptance, including visually inspecting carton for damage and reconciliation of shipment with shipment documentation (bill of lading)
Validating contents against packing slip and order completion
Notification of receipt and corresponding updates, notification of discrepancies, if any
Site preparation and access control of stockroom/depot area
Storing, organizing and tracking inventory
Coordinate Site transportation
Ship assets, including:
Handling of the shipping request
Work may require in excess of a regular full-time work week including nights and weekends to perform the essential duties of the job.
What’s Needed?
Additional Duties as required:
Functions expected include: walking or standing for extended periods of time (possibly entire shift) and lifting up to 50 pounds, significant walking
Produce Inventory and Measurements Reporting to include monthly touch reports
Experience:
Minimum of 12 months customer service related experience preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a related functional area preferred.
May be required to work flexible hours.
