Join Our Team as a Senior Engineer IV!

Our client, a leading innovator in the Aerospace industry, seeks a Senior Engineer IV to join their growing team. As a specialist in Reliability, Maintainability, and Safety (RMS), you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of their next-generation aircraft programs.

Job Title: Senior Engineer IV

Location: Fort Worth, TX (possibility of remote work)

Pay Range: $80 - 85/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Develop a comprehensive system reliability and safety program plan, aligning key dates, resources, and milestones with Program Management.

  • Quantify system reliability and safety requirements based on customer needs and competitive benchmarking information.

  • Lead complex reliability and safety analyses, including reliability estimation methods and safety assessments.

  • Guide the development of Critical to Quality (CTQ) measures and execute system and component design validation plans.

  • Mentor other engineers in DFSS and reliability disciplines, providing formal training on selected topics.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical role, with at least 4 years in new product development programs.

  • Experience working with reliability/safety teams, product development teams, and internal and external customers.

  • Knowledge of transmission systems, aircraft systems, and/or hydraulic control systems.

  • Statistical tools knowledge (DoE, Weibull, Minitab) preferred.

  • DFSS Greenbelt certification preferred.

  • Experience with reliability modeling, FMEAs/FMECAs, fault tree analyses, and analyzing large data sets.

  • Experience with ALT/HALT/HASS methods.
