Join Our Team as a Senior Engineer IV!
Our client, a leading innovator in the Aerospace industry, seeks a Senior Engineer IV to join their growing team. As a specialist in Reliability, Maintainability, and Safety (RMS), you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of their next-generation aircraft programs.
Job Title: Senior Engineer IV
Location: Fort Worth, TX (possibility of remote work)
Pay Range: $80 - 85/hr
What’s the Job?
Develop a comprehensive system reliability and safety program plan, aligning key dates, resources, and milestones with Program Management.
Quantify system reliability and safety requirements based on customer needs and competitive benchmarking information.
Lead complex reliability and safety analyses, including reliability estimation methods and safety assessments.
Guide the development of Critical to Quality (CTQ) measures and execute system and component design validation plans.
Mentor other engineers in DFSS and reliability disciplines, providing formal training on selected topics.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical role, with at least 4 years in new product development programs.
Experience working with reliability/safety teams, product development teams, and internal and external customers.
Knowledge of transmission systems, aircraft systems, and/or hydraulic control systems.
Statistical tools knowledge (DoE, Weibull, Minitab) preferred.
DFSS Greenbelt certification preferred.
Experience with reliability modeling, FMEAs/FMECAs, fault tree analyses, and analyzing large data sets.
Experience with ALT/HALT/HASS methods.
