ManpowerGroup Accounting Clerk in Fort Worth, Texas

Job Posting: Accounting Clerk (Commercial Loans)

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.

Duration: 11 - 12 month contract

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated DTF Accounting Clerk specializing in Commercial Loans. The position requires extensive research and adherence to strict quality guidelines for the required information to complete the designated work items. Communication with internal and external customers and dealers may be necessary. Candidate must have a minimum of one year of Accounts Receivable or Banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely processing of payment allocations, refunds, and account terminations.

  • Handling account corrections, refunds, and title release processes.

  • Conducting extensive research to ensure accuracy and completeness of work items.

  • Communicating effectively with internal and external customers and dealers.

  • Adhering to strict quality guidelines and standards.

  • Managing and processing a high volume of work items (approximately 25,000 per month).

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.

  • College education preferred in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of job experience in Accounts Receivable or Banking.

  • Experience and/or education in other accounting-related fields is a plus.

  • Strong data entry skills.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Adaptable to changes and able to multitask.

  • Strong analytical skills.
