ManpowerGroup Assembler in Fort Collins, Colorado

Our client, a leading provider in scientific instrumentation, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing department supporting the Cell Sorting Instrumentation team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Pay Range: $18.65 - $25.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Follow written work instructions to assemble electromechanical, fluidic, and optical components.

  • Utilize hand tools, test equipment, and software for assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to enhance procedures and designs for improved efficiency.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met.

  • Demonstrate attention to detail and produce high-quality work consistently.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree preferred.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Basic mechanical proficiency and ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with various software applications.

  • Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and handle bulky parts.
