3rd Shift - Machine Operator - $24 an hour
Our client in Florence, KY is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals who love to operate industrial machinery for car batteries production. The ideal candidate will set up, operate, or tend machines to roll steel or plastic forming bends, beads, knurls, rolls, or plate or to flatten, temper, or reduce gauge of material to make car batteries.

What will you be doing?
Operate machinery to make lead grids to insert into battery casings
Operate caster machinery to ensure efficient and accurate production processes
Operate milling machine to shape and cut lead slabs
Manage lead pot operations – melting of scrap, material handle and clean up tasks
Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards
What do you need?
1-2 years of machine operation experience
Experience in conducting quality checks
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 40 lbs as needed
Willingness to work 12 hour shifts
