What will you be doing?
Responsible for final packaging of various product lines that serve the Biotech industry. Employees carry out production processes by closely following Standard Operating Procedures and various Work Instruction Documents. Job encounters recurring work situations with occasional variations from the norm, involving a moderate degree of complexity. Accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position as mistakes in work could cause substantial interpretive errors. Essential Functions
Operates and/or monitors production equipment and makes necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality results if required in the work area.
Works alone or with other technicians to perform filling, labeling, and/or packaging of products
Must be able to comprehend production paperwork up to and including product reconciliation, label reconciliation, labor sheets, product fill checks, torque checks, etc.
Must be able to follow steps in manufacturing paperwork without deviating from instructions.
Must be able to work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials.
Comply with all company safety regulations and procedures.
