Job Title: Employee Service Center Representative

Location: Hybrid (California)

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Manage all incoming HR cases, via calls, chat, and service-service requiring significant, HR Generalist knowledge and understanding a wide variety of HR processes, policies, and technical procedures such as questions pertaining to benefits, compensation, wellness programs, year-end performance review, safety, security, and leave of absence

  • Be responsible for managing the cases with the utmost care, quality, and attention to detail, all while providing accurate information while enhancing the employee's experience with HR: Connect

  • Support daily/weekly operational processes and audits such as (not all inclusive) New Hire Orientation facilitation, Retiree Health processes, HRIS system transactions, Health Sanctions, and Worker’s Compensation.

  • Partner with the various Center of Excellence (COEs) teams to find resolution to HR inquiries/issues that are outside of the scope of support/knowledge base.

  • Be a team player – work closely with peers on case resolution through thought partnership and guidance.

Required Skills:

  • Agile Experience – 2 Years minimum

  • Case Management Experience – 3+ years

  • Resourceful – self-sufficient (efficient)

  • Oracle HCM experience

  • Takes ownership – fails fast and learns fast. Coachable/Receives feedback well and seeks it as well.

  • Passion for HR. Possesses HR knowledge – extending to SHRM CP

  • Strong Communicator – verbal and written

  • Strong relationship builder

Education Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelors in HR or 5 years of HR experience in lieu of education
