What is the job?
Member Service Representatives are responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and prospective Members.
Answering inbound calls in a fast-paced, customer service call center
Work in multiple computer applications, simultaneously, to research, troubleshoot, and resolve Member questions or concerns
Recommending additional services to meet Member's current and future needs
Performing financial transactions
What is the schedule?
Member Service Representatives typically work 40 hours a week
Schedules are posted 4 weeks in advance
Hours vary between 8:30am and 7pm, Monday through Friday.
Working until 7pm is only required one night a week
Saturday hours are 8:30am-2pm
An average of two Saturdays a month are required and selected by team members
What do you bring to the job?
High School diploma or GED
Strong and effective written and verbal communication
High level of comfort with phone communication
Experience in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to simultaneously work within multiple computer systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to de-escalate upset callers to resolve their need
Previous experience working in a support call center or financial institution is preferred but not required
