What do you bring?
3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Organizational Management or related is preferred, or combination of education and equivalent work experience required.
Ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgement, poise, and diplomacy.
Ability to use judgement and reasoning skills and determine when to escalate issues as required.
