ManpowerGroup Machine Operator- Punching in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts
Our client is seeking a Hot Punching Machine Operator to join their team! As a Machine Operator, you'll be an integral part of our team. We're looking for a highly motivated individual that can work in a rapidly changing manufacturing environment who excels in time management.
Job Title: Machine Operator- Hot Punching
Location: East Longmeadow, MA
Pay Range: $18.26/ hour
Shift: M-F 5am-5pm
What’s the Job?
Learn to operate multiple pieces of equipment including a horizontal furnace, butt welder, and a punch press.
Work as part of a team to identify quality and production goals.
Flex hours/schedule as demand dictates
Participate in safety initiatives.
Meet customer quality and production needs.
Willing to cross train on multiple pieces of equipment.
What’s Needed?
Will to be hands on with equipment troubleshooting and process improvements
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Some computer ability
Good mathematical ability
