ManpowerGroup Sr Multimedia Design Analyst in Durham, North Carolina

Our client, a leader in healthcare industry is seeking a Sr Multimedia Design Analyst to join their team. As a design analyst, you will be part of the marketing and communications team supporting brand strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent creative writing and conceptual skills as well as a history of willingness and ability to lead and work collaboratively in a high-performance environment.

Job Title: Sr Multimedia Design Analyst

Location: Remote

What’s the Job?

  • In charge of overseeing the creation of direct marketing materials for Annual Enrollment and Open Enrollment sales. This includes print, web, email, and television copy.

  • Collaborates with other team leads to brainstorm and determine the most suitable brand messaging for communication projects

  • Presents and develops the most effective alternatives that align with cost/benefit, budget, and corporate marketing strategy requirements.

  • Adheres to company visual identity brand guidelines, content, and tone of voice guidelines. Ensures that all content complies with regulatory and trademark requirements as per guidelines.

  • Manages the creation of internally-developed projects, ensuring they adhere to design and direct marketing best practices.

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a corporate, agency or studio design environment with increasing responsibility

  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience specializing in direct marketing

  • Portfolio of produced direct marketing content including direct mail and multiple direct response TV spots 60 seconds or longer

  • Direct marketing experience with regional or national brands

  • Strong professional references
