ManpowerGroup Receiving Supervisor in Durham, North Carolina
Our client, a pharmaceutical products wholesaler is seeking a Receiving Supervisor to join their team for this direct hire role. As a Receiving Supervisor, you will be part of the warehouse management team supporting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Receiving Supervisor
Location: Durham, NC
Pay Rate: $50,000/year
What’s the Job?
Provide direction, training, development, and oversight to the receiving team
Ensure all day to day receiving tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Resolve all PO discrepancies with the accounting department
Communicate and work closely with other departments to resolve issues stemming from the receiving process
Responsible for logistics regarding incoming deliveries and delivery schedules
What’s Needed?
Minimum of 5 years related experience including at least 2 years of supervisory experience
Able to organize, present, and promote the process/business recommendations to cross business management team
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally to all levels of peers, supplies, and management
Experience operating a forklift
