ManpowerGroup Lead Building Engineer in Dublin, California
Our client, in Dublin, is seeking a Lead Building Engineer to join their team. As a Lead Building Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting the worksite. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, sound reasoning ability, and a safety-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Lead Building Engineer
Location: Dublin, CA
Pay Range: $33.10/hour
What’s the Job?
Lead shift operations and direct vendors and subcontractors.
Monitor building system operations and performance.
Perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.
Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance.
What’s Needed?
5 plus years experience in complete building operations in a commercial property setting.
Additional certification in one or more of the following: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or engine repair.
Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook.
High School Diploma or equivalent .
