ManpowerGroup Machine Operation in Downing, Wisconsin
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Coating Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot, and mechanical aptitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Coating Operator
Location: Clear Lake, WI
Pay Range: $18 - $20/hr
What's the Job?
Operate parylene deposition systems to coat customer-supplied parts to meet customer and Engineering specifications
Operate other equipment such as vacuum ovens, plasma etcher, tumble coater or other machines
Perform light maintenance and refurbishing on equipment
Maintain records and checklists, other documentation as needed
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Proven mechanical ability and/or previous machine operator experience
Ability to read, write and follow written or verbal instructions
Ability to speak, read and write English
Ability to properly use and read measurements on tools involved in the coating process
