ManpowerGroup Accounts Receivable Resolution SME in Downers Grove, Illinois

Senior Accounts Receivable Resolution Professional

Hybrid must be able to go into the Downers Grove, Illinois, office

Bilingual French / English preferred

Pay: $26hr -$30hr range

Our client is seeking an experienced and self-starting AR Resolution Professional for a three to six month interim assignment with the possibility of conversion to full time. This individual would be responsible recording, reviewing, and resolving customer disputes and deductions. Attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking capabilities are vital in being able to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Dealers, Vendors & Customers to resolve accounting issues related to customer invoices

  • Record and review open customer disputes

  • Identify issues contributing to disputes

  • Review, quantify and communicate results of research

  • Review and monitor assigned accounts.

  • Contact accounts for supporting documentation

  • Manage heavy phone/email contact

  • Maintain and document related communication

  • Prepare financial reports for management

  • Perform other related financial tasks as assigned

  • Raise issues, suggestions, and ideas in a timely and professional fashion

Qualifications Required:

  • Experience in an Accounts Receivable role in a commercial environment (business to business)

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel at an Intermediate level or above (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
