ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative - LOCAL in Des Moines, Iowa

Our client is seeking a dynamic Team Lead to join their team. As a Team Lead you Provide the supervisor with comprehensive updates on various operational aspects including quality, training, policies, procedures, staff issues, case determinations, and appeals activity. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability , and time management skills.

Pay Range: $18

What’s the Job?

  • Support the supervisor by overseeing the performance of assigned staff and offering input as needed.

  • Conduct training sessions and evaluate staff performance as directed by the supervisor.

  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of processes and procedures within the team.

  • Foster effective relationships across departments for seamless collaboration.

  • Facilitate meetings when necessary to ensure productive communication within the team.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required and 6+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
