ManpowerGroup Equipment Installation Associate in Cottage Grove, Minnesota
Equipment Associate – Cottage Grove, MN
Temp-to-hire – once hired on perm, this role will entail operating the delivery vehicle to perform jobsite installations and minor repairs of HVAC equipment at dehumidification/air purification equipment at customer locations. During the temporary (30-60 days) period, the position will be on site at Cottage Grove.
Pay Range to start: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Hours: 7:30am-4pm, M-F (available overtime)

What you'll do:
Minor repairs, maintenance checks and the cleaning of equipment
Report equipment condition before and after usage
Demonstrate equipment for customers
Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment
Other duties assigned as needed
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge with repairing and maintaining HVAC equipment preferred
Mechanical aptitude including knowledge of tools applicable to position
Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
