Job Description: Workday Segregation of Duties Analyst – Healthcare

Pay Rate: $50-70/hr

Position Overview: Jefferson Wells is seeking a skilled Segregation of Duties (SoD) Analyst to evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of the enterprise management tool, Workday, and its corresponding processes for our client, an Ohio healthcare organization.

This is a great remote role for someone who enjoys conducting detailed evaluations, documenting findings, and collaborating with management to enhance internal controls.

This is a contract engagement and is expected to last approximately 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess Compensating Controls

  • Process review

  • User Access Verification

  • Documentation and Reporting

  • Apply client audit methodology

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in evaluating segregation of duties and internal controls within an enterprise management system, preferably Workday

  • Strong understanding of financial processes, human capital management, payroll, grants, and supply chain management

  • Proficiency in documenting processes and preparing workpapers using Microsoft Office and IA software

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

  • CPA or relevant certification preferred
