Our client, in the life sciences industry is seeking a HRIS Analyst to join their team.
Job Title: HRIS Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay Range:$32/hr
What’s the Job?
Provide technical and functional administrative expertise for HR systems, including design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, reporting, and training.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders on HR system usage, functionality, data requirements, and process improvement design.
Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues.
Support HR system design, development, testing, maintenance, reporting, and integration.
Develop ad hoc reports to support data requests from internal clients.
Define report logic and develop standard reporting to meet business requirements.
Ensure accurate data display in systems, recognize data problems or inconsistencies, and understand HR system data feeds and their integration with other business systems.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
Two years of experience in a professional human resources capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
Experience with HR Systems, including HR Cloud systems such as SAP/SuccessFactors, ADP Enterprise, Workday, or similar Core HR/Payroll systems, Cornerstone on Demand or other Talent Management Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and report writing tools.
Proven experience in defining system solutions, automating work processes, and implementing cloud-based systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
Demonstrated ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships with various levels of management and staff, and work independently towards project deliverables.
