ManpowerGroup Drone Flight Support Assistant in College Station, Texas

Our client, a leader in innovative drone technology, is seeking a Drone Flight Support Assistant to join their team. As a Drone Flight Support Assistant, you will be part of the Prime Air Operations Team supporting drone delivery services. The ideal candidate will have strong decision-making skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Drone Flight Support Assistant

Location: College Station, TX – 100% On-site

Pay Rate: $27/hour

What’s the Job?

  1. Assist in crew briefings and mission planning.

  2. Perform critical roles in field operations.

  3. Ensure a safe operational environment.

  4. Handle equipment, including drones, batteries, and related gear.

  5. Participate in the operations team for receiving orders, processing, getting packages to the flight line, launching, and delivering packages.

What’s Needed?

  1. Current and valid FAA Part 107 certification for small unmanned aircraft operations (must have before employment).

  2. 2+ years of work experience or an Associate's degree.

  3. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

  4. Good visual acuity for identifying obstacles and hazards during drone operations.

  5. Willingness to travel up to 25%, with trips lasting up to 2 weeks.
