Our client in College Park Ga, is seeking a maintenance helper to join their team. The ideal candidate will have good work attendance, ability to work well with others and able to follow oral and written instructions which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Helper

Pay Range:
What’s the Job? Minor repairs / Cleaning Buildings
Sweepings / Mopping / vacuuming
Minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems
Remove Debris around the facility
Weeding, pressure washing, painting
Scrubbing floors and emptying trash
What’s Needed? Ability to work around odd smells and raw waste water
Safety Boots
Ability to work in loud sounds
Ability to work in all types of weather, able to work overtime if needed
Ability to stand long hours and walk long distances
Able to provide own tools
