ManpowerGroup 1st Shift Customer Service Rep- City of Industry, CA in City of Industry, California

If you have previous customer service experience in a call center or office environment plus excellent computer skills, then we would love to speak to you about our 1st Shift Customer Service Representative position located in the City of Industry, CA.
What's in it for you?
Full-time hours
Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8am- 5 PM with occasional Sundays from 8am- 2pm
Location: City of Industry, CA
Pay Rate: $17.00
Weekly pay (Every Friday)

What is the job?
Handle requests by various forms of communication and technology for orders, substitutions, and pick-up and return credits
Provide customer support with special requests.
Assist various departments in the Distribution Center as needed.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Ability to deal with customers on a day to day basis, via phone and/or in person.
Strong interpersonal and exceptional problem-solving skills in addition to being a team player
What do you bring to the job?
At least 6 months in call center environment experience required
1 - 2 Years Customer service, call center and / or related area within the food service industry (is preferred, but not required)
Minimum of 6 months experience with data entry and working in a demanding customer service/ call center environment
Previous experience using Cisco phone systems/multi phone line systems.
Able to work some weekend hours. (Every other Sunday 8 am to 2 pm)
Bilingual is a plus (Spanish preferred)
Excellent computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)
Ability to pass background and drug screen
