ManpowerGroup R&D Engineer in Cincinnati, Ohio

Our client, in the consumer goods industry is seeking a R&D engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have product research experience, getting GPS and QA approvals and documenting in Nexus. which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: R&D Engineer

Location: Cincinnati, OH

What’s the Job?

Max of 5

  • Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions.

  • Collaborating with the engineering and marketing department on product feasibility.

  • Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs.

  • Creating design projects and specification sheets

What’s Needed?

  • Previous Products Research experience. (Consumer goods)

  • Experience with placing consumer usage tests including getting safety approvals and all necessary documentation.

  • Programming of surveys (AYTM) Analysis of quantitative data (Excel, JMP) Basic stats understanding (for PR)
