ManpowerGroup Incentive Contract Coordinator in Chicago, Illinois

Our multinational oil and gas client is looking to Project coordinator/Incentive Contract Coordinator.The Incentive Contract Coordinator will be responsible for grant management services once contracts have been awarded. They will lead planning, coordination across internal stakeholders and support the development of grant deliverables required by the grant agreement.

This role will predominately service as a project coordinator role, working across our team to coordinate and develop all materials required by the grant.

Job Title: Incentive Contract Coordinator

Location: Chicago, IL or Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)

Pay: $40 to $45

•Minimum of 3 years of experience and/or undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as business administration or management preferred.

Essential Experience and Job Requirements

•3+ years of grant management services.

•3+ years of experience in project management or equivalent experience of a cross functional program.

•Experience working with public-private partnerships and government contracts.

•Familiarity with Title 23 or FHWA grant projects

•Familiarity with IIJA and federal EV standards and requirements:

23 CFR 680 – NEVI Standards and Requirements

2 CFR 200 federal requirements

Desired Qualifications

•Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment.

•Capable of developing processes and systems to successfully implement and manage all components of awarded grant contracts.

•Develops relationships with key external stakeholders to build trust and partnership in delivering against a grant contract.

•Strategic, results-oriented with extensive experience in public grants management

•Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in deadline-driven role

•Comfortable creating structure and process out of ambiguous situations.

•Outstanding communication skills resulting in strong relationships, active listening, and collaboration

•Public EV infrastructure industry experience preferred.
