HR Assistant

* Hybrid Opportunity in Chicago (the Lakeview area) *

The Contract HR Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to the client. This role requires effectively multi-tasking while providing excellent customer service and building solid working relationships with our clients and the recruiting team to effectively manage all matters independently. Candidates must have strong time management skills, attention to detail, and technically savvy. This is a short-term contract opportunity that will work virtually. Candidates must be flexible to support in the eastern time zone.

What you need:

· Experience in Human resource admin

· Experience with Workday

· Self-starter, able to work independently and in a team environment

· Ability to handle high-volume HR requests/email responses

· Familiar with handling HR Compliance needs
