ManpowerGroup New Business Intake Specialist in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Our client is seeking a New Business Intake Specialist to join their team in Law Firm. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and people skills as well as analytical and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: New Business Intake Specialist

Location: Chattanooga TN (Work from home, but onsite is mandatory the 2nd and 4th Weds of each month)

Pay Range: 60k - 75k (plus Benefits)

What’s the Job?

  • Performing functions leading to the production of conflict reports, client-matter openings, and edits

  • Creating client-matter numbers, producing conflict reports to be distributed to the Centralized Conflicts Review Department

  • Processing conflict reports for all potential new hires

  • Reviewing client engagement letters and maintaining firm databases by entering, updating, and retrieving data

  • Creating Excel spreadsheets for importing client-matter information and conflict parties

What’s Needed?

  • Required: 2 years minimum experience of new client intake/onboarding within a law firm environment

  • Ideal candidate will have NBI Software experience, be extremely professional, possess exceptional communication, organizational and computer skills, have strong proficiencies in the Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work effectively within a group or independently.

  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and balance multiple competing priorities

  • Must have the ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with both attorneys and staff.
