Job Title: Customer Technical Support (1st Shift)
Location: Chatsworth, CA (100% in office)
Pay Range: $31-$34.50/hr
What’s the Job?
Maintain customer expectations and cultivate positive customer relationships
Document, track, monitor and provide status updates for customer related activities utilizing inhouse trouble ticket systems
Document and maintain current RMA processes, with constant attention to details and continuous improvement
Utilize the companies ERP (Enterprice Resource Planning) system to manage core business processes for optimal performance
Acts as liaison between repair team, sales team and customer success teams to provide outstanding service
Gain knowledge over time to become more active in the resolution of the client's products to support sales and technical issues
What’s Needed?
Degree or experience in a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; understands urgency and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accountable for managing problems through resolution
Efficiency with MS Office tools including excel, word and email
Prior ERP system experience
Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
