Job Description:

We are seeking a User Acceptance Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced agile environment and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. As a User Acceptance Tester, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing test plans based on release timelines, collaborating closely with business partners and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute UAT test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.

Manage multiple tasks and projects, recommending prioritization to business partners and IT teams.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with business partners and technology teams.

Participate in Agile events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, and sprint retrospectives.

Report and document all UAT activities, including defect management and resolution.

Provide test plans for End User Testing and support Production Certification activities on release days.

Requirements:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Prior testing experience and working knowledge of test management tools like ALM.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Working knowledge of testing lifecycle (unit, functional, SIT, E2E, UAT, regression).

Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

Experience working in fast-paced agile projects.

Ability to manage test-related activities in JIRA.
