ManpowerGroup UAT Analyst - VMO in Charlotte, North Carolina

We are currently seeking a UAT Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of testing experience, with a focus on finance, and must possess strong expertise in Jira. This position will involve working closely with our Information Management team to support the Document Capture Utility (DCU) as we undergo a transformation project.

Title : UAT Analyst

Location : Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Pay Rate : $35-40/hr. DOE

Duration: 18 months (project length) with possibility of extension.

Note : Candidate most be comfortable with occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify and resolve issues in system connections.

  • Ensure proper storage of documents to the repository as expected.

  • Write and execute test scripts based on project requirements.

  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members to review testing results.

  • Prepare documentation for handover to partners and assist in creating procedures using Supplier Input Process Output Customer (SIPOC) templates.

  • Attend production meetings to review testing progress and ensure completion of required work.

  • Follow the once a month enterprise release calendar and occasionally work weekends depending on project schedule.

Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years of testing experience, preferably in finance.

  • Proficiency in Jira and defect tracking applications (ALM preferred).

  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and ability to write test scripts.

  • Comfortable with occasional weekend work.
