Our client in the financial services industry is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team on a long term engagement.

Job Title: Instructioal Designer

Location: Charlotte, N or Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range: $60-65/hour

Experis is seeking candidates for an Instructional Designer in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on designing skill building sessions, curriculum designer to design and manage skill building sessions

  • Building learning strategy

  • Work dealing with human centric design

  • Assess and design based on the learning needs of stakeholder groups

  • Organization change management learning

Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years experience in instructional design with the latest trends.

  • Experience with building Learning strategies and plans

  • Ability to assess and design learning needs of individual stakeholder groups

  • Can create compelling learning activities and course content

  • Preferably experience with Organizational Change Management learning

  • Understands and applies latest learning design, tools and methods

  • Ability to partner with current learning and development team and transfer skills
