ManpowerGroup Data Management Analyst 4 - Contingent in Charlotte, North Carolina

Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Data Management Analyst to join their team. As a Data Management Specialist, you will be part of Commercial Banking Client Insights & Commercial Lending Product Management . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Management Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What’s the Job?

  • Consult on complex data management initiatives with broad impact, contributing to large-scale planning for data governance.

  • Review and analyze data management challenges, including data lineage, data trending, and control implementation.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in BSA/AML contexts, by managing data governance policies.

  • Use SQL to perform advanced data extraction, complex queries, and develop insights for business analysis.

  • Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams to address multi-faceted data management challenges.

What’s Needed?

  • 5+ years of Data Management experience, with a strong background in data lineage, trending, and controls.

  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.

  • Experience with Metadata .

  • Experience in BSA/AML.

  • Strong project management skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving across teams.
