Our client, a leading, multinational financial services institution is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant supporting Receivables for their Treasury Management. This role specifically is a Technical Data Analyst.

Job Title: Change Implementation Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC or Chandler, AZ

Pay Range: $32-37/hr

Day in the life:

This technical data analyst specializes in integrated receivables for new products. Their small customer base requires daily interactions. They configure vendor and internal platforms, decode open AR file formats from customers, match transaction data, and ensure accurate results. They communicate system updates to customers, addressing queries and concerns. Their pivotal role ensures processed data is returned accurately to customers, enhancing the integrated receivables process.

In this role, you will:

• Participate in complex initiatives and identify, and implement opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementation

• Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systems

• Identify, and provide effective training methods

• Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities

• Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues, and exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirements

• Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance

Required Qualifications, US:

• 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Experience reading and analyzing industry standard file formats, specifically as relates to payment processing (i.e. EDI, XML, etc.)

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a high pressure, complex and changing environment with multiple tasks and projects on different platforms

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Connexion
