Our client, within Financial Services is seeking a Capital Markets Operations Analyst to join their team. You will be part of the Structured Products Group within CIB (corporate investment banking). The ideal candidate will have experience within trade/trading, settlements and excel which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Capital Markets Operations Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC - Onsite
What’s the Job?
The role directly supports trading and hedging activities across TBA contracts, treasuries, futures, options, interest rate swaps, & CDS Index swaps.
Profit & Loss generation and attribution, exception resolution, project management, position and trade maintenance, and regulatory reporting.
Interact closely with multiple business partners including Trading, Sales, Finance, Technology, Compliance, Auditors, MBS Allocations, Business Managers, Project Managers, and our internal TRACE reporting group.
Work with external counterparties, including government housing agencies (Ginnie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae), in confirming new Issue requests, exchanges, and assuring trades settle appropriately.
This individual will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, as well as ad hoc requests and project work.
