ManpowerGroup Biopharma Manufacturing Associate in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Our client, a leader in the biopharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate
Location: Cambridge, MA
Pay Range: $34-38/hour
Duration: contract with potential to extend/convert
What's the Job?
Produce pharmaceutical components and products by following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) within a cleanroom environment.
Operate and perform on equipment used in the manufacturing unit processes.
Weigh manufacturing ingredients and assist in the production of intermediate formulations.
Document production processes by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment batches.
Maintain continuous inventory control using a computerized system.
What's Needed?
Associate degree in life sciences with a minimum of 2 year of experience in manufacturing production or a Bachelor's degree in life sciences with 1 year of experience preferred.
Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
Experience or understanding of pharmaceutical development is preferred.
Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, USP, and FDA quality guidelines and regulations is preferred.
Strong organizational skills to ensure production batch completeness are preferred.
