ManpowerGroup Biopharma Manufacturing Associate in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Our client, a leader in the biopharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate

Location: Cambridge, MA

Pay Range: $34-38/hour

Duration: contract with potential to extend/convert

What's the Job?

  • Produce pharmaceutical components and products by following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) within a cleanroom environment.

  • Operate and perform on equipment used in the manufacturing unit processes.

  • Weigh manufacturing ingredients and assist in the production of intermediate formulations.

  • Document production processes by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment batches.

  • Maintain continuous inventory control using a computerized system.

What's Needed?

  • Associate degree in life sciences with a minimum of 2 year of experience in manufacturing production or a Bachelor's degree in life sciences with 1 year of experience preferred.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills are required.

  • Experience or understanding of pharmaceutical development is preferred.

  • Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, USP, and FDA quality guidelines and regulations is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills to ensure production batch completeness are preferred.
