Our client in Camarillo is seeking an Injection Molding Operator II to join their team.
Job Title: Injection Molding Operator II (2nd shift 3pm-11:20pm)
Location: Camarillo, CA
Pay Range: $19.00hr
What’s the Job?
Primary function is to maintain the operation of all molding presses within the molding department
Perform all quality, inspection operations and routing systems as stated on the Work Order
Perform “All” packaging operations including bagging, boxing and (May require lifting 30 pounds or more)
Primary Function Sets up equipment, prepares compounds and processes a variety of assemblies, such as standard connectors and special connectors following written and verbal instructions. box and bag production, keep track of quantities boxed.
Ability to read blue prints, use measuring tools and perform required Quality functions per Work Orders
What’s Needed?
High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
1-2 years’ experience in related mechanical manufacturing assembly operations
Ability to read, follow and understand verbal instruction, product/ process specifications, drawings, and work orders in English
Ability to use calculators
Ability to lift 30 lbs. and handle components and assemblies using bending, reaching, and twisting body movements; in addition to use of hand tools
Ability to recognize and inform supervision of assembly problems and equipment breakdown
