Marketing Coordinator $20 /hr
As a Marketing Coordinator you will support the voter outreach program learning the process of election management supporting Flagler County. Ideal candidate will have a BA in Marketing and experience with online, print and community (in-person) marketing initiatives.

What will you be doing?
Responsible for publication and legal ads: prepare and send legal ads by mail, online and in newsprint regarding notice of election, public meetings and sample ballots. Maintain voter guide, brochures, mailer and other outreach materials with Adobe InDesign.
Responsible for vote outreach programs, public relations visibility and community involvement
Social media and web maintenance promoting voter awareness of events, and election deadlines.
Voter Services: in person and by phone assist callers with questions regarding election related issues, services and processes.
Polling Place Support: assist with precinct supplies, set up, opening and closing early voting polling locations as assigned.
What do you bring?
BA degree in Marketing, Digital Design, Communications or related field with at least one year of professional related experience.
Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Valid Florida Driver's license and favorable driving record.
