ManpowerGroup Production Technician in Boulder, Colorado

Job Title:Production Technician

Location: Boulder, CO

Type: Temp to Hire (On-site)

Shift: 7am-3:30pm

Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician II to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the alignment, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of instruments within a specific product family. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct laser and optic alignment and calibration of instruments within a designated product family.

  • Utilize logical troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and repair instrument malfunctions.

  • Program and troubleshoot PCB assemblies as needed.

  • Provide training to team members on alignment, calibration, and repair procedures.

  • Identify and report trends in non-conforming materials, recommending appropriate dispositions.

  • Maintain accurate quality documentation to ensure process flow and control.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent vocational education required.

  • Six months of related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting written, graphic, and pictorial procedures.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to read analog and digital circuit schematic diagrams.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

  • Strong customer focus and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds several times per day.
