Job Title:Production Technician
Location: Boulder, CO
Type: Temp to Hire (On-site)
Shift: 7am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $26 per hour
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Technician II to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the alignment, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of instruments within a specific product family. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct laser and optic alignment and calibration of instruments within a designated product family.
Utilize logical troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and repair instrument malfunctions.
Program and troubleshoot PCB assemblies as needed.
Provide training to team members on alignment, calibration, and repair procedures.
Identify and report trends in non-conforming materials, recommending appropriate dispositions.
Maintain accurate quality documentation to ensure process flow and control.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent vocational education required.
Six months of related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting written, graphic, and pictorial procedures.
Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read analog and digital circuit schematic diagrams.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
Strong customer focus and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds several times per day.
