Our client is looking for a dynamic customer service rep with excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities to join their team.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Boise, Idaho On-site

Pay Range: $20.00/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers by responding to their basic requests, inquiries and orders via email and phone.

  • Process orders, requests, returns and adjustments efficiently and accurately.

  • Collaborate with internal contacts to resolve specific customer situations.

  • Develop and prepare reports as required by management.

  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services and applications.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 4 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred.

  • Great computer skills; Excel and 10-key

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail; proactive problem-solving skills
