ManpowerGroup Onsite Client Coordinator 2nd Shift in Blaine, Minnesota

Do you want a rewarding job that will change people’s lives? Manpower is looking for a service oriented and energetic Client Coordinator to support a large industrial client in Blaine, MN.

Hours: Monday – Friday from 3p – 12a

Pay Rate: $21 – 24 hourly

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting new associates on orientation day, taking photos, and sending to security for badges

  • Completing I9 documentation for new hires and any additional client required forms

  • Conducting Daily Start-up Meetings

  • Completing attendance within 2 hours after start of the shift

  • Being available to associates in the breakroom during breaks and lunch

  • Investigating payroll errors or issues

  • Promoting employee engagement and a safe work environment

  • Participating in safety walks on the production floor

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ years in administrative, customer service, and/or other fast-paced environment

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

  • Technical: Microsoft Office Literacy, Associate Tracking System experience
