Duties:
Developing and maintaining supplier quality assurance systems, machining quality management and customer systems
Coordinating, developing, and utilizing supplier quality requirements
Representing client as the point of contact for customers
Developing and managing AS9100/ISO 9001, metrology, MSA, statistical sampling, and metric reporting
Ensuring process and product database integrity
Verifying product sampling, identification, and traceability
Performing scrap analysis, root cause analysists, and developing action plans
Training inspectors on best practices, local standards, and quality assurance procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or materials engineering
5+ years of related experience
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, and descriptive statistics
Proficiency in MS Office, databases, statistical process control, and geometric dimensioning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
