ManpowerGroup Technical Project Coordinator in Benton Harbor, Michigan
Our client,in the Engineering support industry is seeking a Technical on-site Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Coordinator you will be part of the operations team supporting customer stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Verification and Validation in embedded software / systems, and experience in managing projects in HMI/HIL test automation areas in Automotive or Consumer electronics domains. which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technical On-site Project Coordinator
Location: Benton, Harbor, MI
Pay Range:$40-47 dependent on experience
What’s the Job?
Responsible for interfacing and coordinating with customer stakeholders on technical and process related topics, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives
Coordinate and plan the allocation of resources for projects and ensure deployment as per targets.
Document and report project progress, technical issues and resolutions to stakeholders
Serve as a liaison between customer and offshore teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Manage deployment and implementation of technical solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders, identify potential challenges and recommend solutions.
What’s Needed?
B.Tech/M.Tech - EE/ECE/CS with minimum 8 years of experience
Proven experience in on-site co-ordination in a similar role
Ability to drive customer centricity with passion for customer engineering
Experience in working with North American customers
Strong Experience in the Verification and Validation in embedded software / systems domain
Experience in managing projects in HMI/HIL test automation areas in Automotive or Consumer electronics domains
Strong Technical experience in Test automation technologies would be an added advantage
